Photo restore please

Could someone please restore this picture of my grandfather, and maybe have a go at adding a little colour. No need to go crazy with the colour, he was a fairly reserved man!

The first one is 72dpi the second is 96 dpi

Not a whole lot better then! It's a scan of a scan. I can try to find the original and scan it in again at a higher resolution. The only problem is that the original itself is pretty poor quality too.
