Searching for ancestors of Fortunata Rosaria Attard. Born 1844-12-15 Athens, Greece. Died 1925-02-06 Tunis, Tunisia. Parents are listed on the death certificate as Felice Attard and Caterina Azzopardi.
I am unable to find a marriage of Felice Attard and Caterina Azzopardi in Malta, Tunisia or Algeria so I am assuming it took place in Greece however it is possible that it did take place elsewhere.
I have searched on familysearch.org and have not found anything useful. I have asked a researched in Malta to find a marriage and he could not find any.
Does anyone recognize these names or have any suggestions on how to find a marriage? I have been trying to search British Consular Marriages but can only find from 1849 onwards. I need at least before 1844 (When Fortunata was born)
