Have you already discounted the entry b 1835 Lough Leicestershire - status is nephew

I'm not sure.

Charles' parents were William Barker, born 1804 Loughborough and Elizabeth Cresswell.

William's parents were Joseph Barker and Sarah Wallus and his siblings (all listed as baptised at All Saints, Lough)
Christian 1795
Rose 1797
Joseph 1798
Mary 1801
Sarah 1806

The Barker Charles b 1835 is nephew to in the 1851 census is named Thomas b 1813 but I can't find a record for his birth/baptism to see if he is Joseph and Sarah's son.
