LEWIS, Albert John Turton Griffiths of FALMOUTH, Cornwall

Greetings

I am looking for descendants or information about the family of Albert John Turton Griffiths LEWIS and his wife Susan LANGMAN. They had three children Edith LEWIS (b 1885), Albert E LEWIS (b 1887) and Florence LEWIS (b 1889). At the time of the 1891 Census they were living at Killigrew Street, Falmouth and Albert was an unemployed carpenter. I have been unable to find any more about them.

Albert was buried in Falmouth Cemetery at Swanpool in 1916. You can search for details here

His abode is given as "The Asylum, Bodmin".

Susan lived till 1930, her address given as 6 Belmont Road

Albert Edward's burial shows up in 1964, address 6 Belmont Road and his occupation - retired registrar.

I was just about to post his burial from July 1886, address Killigrew Street, son of Albert.

there is a john lewis who dies in falmouth reg dist in jul/aug/sept qtr 1886 aged 0
think his birth was regd in falmouth in oct/nov/dec qtr 1885
this would tie in with the bapt posted

think Albert married in dec qtr 1936 to Marie L Williams.  Her death is registered in june qtr 1973 at Redruth, Marie Lilian Lewis born 29/12/1891 which ties in with the birth reg of Marie Lilian Williams march qtr 1892 Falmouth vol 5c pg 153.
