Parish registers for Southery begin 1706. However there is a Thomas and Anne Porter having children there at that time.  Freereg has Annis baptised 13 May 1706 and Jane baptised 7 April 1708 to these parents.

The marriage to Sarah Gallaway took place in Southery 16 April 1723 according to freereg. Unfortunately there are no images of parish registers at this time available on familysearch.

From freereg.
A Sarah Gallaway was baptised 25 July 1710 with parents Thomas and Rose Gallaway in Southery, which would make her a bit young to get married in 1723. There are another Gallaway couple having children in Southery Christopher and Hannah (also written Fan) from 1707/1708 and later James and Elizabeth from 1714.

There are some wills, not available online of various Gallaways. The references for these can be found on NROCAT. You might have to ask people to do a look up at the NRO.

I think it is unlikely the parents of Sarah are Thomas and Rose, although there seems to be a will left by Thomas in 1732 and a Christopher in 1741 although Thomas did have a son Christopher also so it is not necessarily the Christopher married to Hannah

It's possible that James Galloway married Elizabeth Robinson 29 Sep 1713 in North Runcton. (freereg) which would rule him out as father of Sarah.

There is also an administration bond of Thomas Gallaway in 1678 and a will of a widow Mary Gallaway 1679 which might give details of the family as it is possible Thomas, Christopher and James are brothers.
