I am trying to find Mark on the censuses - I can spot him in 1911 but not on any others - can anyone with more beady eyes find him elsewhere please?

Many thanks

Interested in the reply from manmack...
after seeing your reply I tried to find if there were Oldham Chronicle archives on line but failed to find anything other than recent articles.
Would be pleased to know from where you obtained details of the photographs..and if archives are on line... I travel 200 miles to Oldham Archives to view and it could save me a trip.

hiya selwyn.
the manchester+lancashire family history society produced a CD which indexes all the servicemen from oldham who featured in the oldham chronicle during WW1,it contains many photos, they also did a CD of the WW1 oldham absent voters registers.

Thank you for the reply,
I was wondering from where the information came...I have tried to get copies of some photographs in the oldham chron... but they do not hold copyright to many... also the ones on microfilmat the Oldham Archives are of very poor quality.
I was a member of the Manchester and Lancashire History Society many years back and found them very helpful.. but 200 miles away and old age makes the journey less enjoyable.
