  :)in the names at the bottom of the page were it says kendrick leicstershire that is another name Abaraham cooper born 1841 markfield  when he married mary ann brooks he and his wife took margreat brooks as ther step dau  she married a samuel kendrick markfield.

mary ann brooks  they both made their marks so this means they were illltrate also thomas lost his first wife and remarried

Referring back to reply 41 and 44. Hannah Cooper who married Jesse Jones. Q3 1841 (I have sent for the marriage cert to prove their names and the parents). I notice that they also had a son Ernest Seymour Jones Q1 1861 (see Cambridge Alumni) who married Sarah Jane Clifford Senior Q1 1889. They had a son Arthur Seymour Jones Q1 1891. Sarah and Arthur were with the aforesaid Marianne Nuttall nee Cooper (Hannah's sister) at Horninglow, Burton, on the 1901 census as visitors. Before today I did not know if and how they were related. Sadly young Arthur died shortly after at Scarborough.

just been looking at my charles cooper with his wife elizabeth  cooper <geary>
born stanton under bardon  as you know 1810 father john cooper and mother alice frost
elizabeth married charles in 1830 thornton  leicestershire 28th day of Nov, No 117
any way been looking at the double 1841 markfield census with his mum and dad on it thomas and mary cooper  one side with joseph cooper  and sarah cooper  the other side   charles  cooper wife elizaberth their dau alice born 1833 markfield
son john c cooper
now i only knew thier
 son doing this as charles cooper  and that he died young  was his proper name john  charles and also they have joseph cooper with them  age 3 was born 1836
and Abraham cooper born 1840 markfield
also they had caleb cooper born 1842 markfield
charels parents thomas and mary  i have looked at her date of birth also and says she born in markfield 1778 now was she  the cousion of her husband this as mystfied also because i didnt think two people with the same name were allowed to marry if related to each other .thomas was born 1781 Barleston leicestershire.
