Can anyone help retore one of my army photos

need help to restore or fix my old army photo I don't mind to much about the background in the photo just my image. I would be great to see a more clear picture and better detail If That's Possible

Im resting my right hand over the top of my Kevlar Helmet also not sure if it helps but my baret is that of the Royal Army Medical Corps

Could you rescan this photo at 300dpi, it's only 20kb and we are allowed 500kb per photo. A much larger scan would be great and much easier to work on.
