Here's another one, image sharpened, cropped with white border and a warming filter used. ;)

I do believe that you have used my restore to post your version.
We have guidelines on this board that permission and /or acknowledgement is required if you use someone elses restore. This you did not do.

Apart from the fact that this is common courtesy.

Irene

Hi Irene,

I have just read your comments about a restore someone has done on my photograph. I am sure the comments are directed to the other restorer and understand your annoyance.  Hope it doesn't reflect badly on me as you have worked on a number of my pictures and the results have been great and I appreciate each and every one you have posted for me.

Kind regards
Maggie   :) :) :)

Hi Maggie  ;D ;D

I am sorry I had to post something like that on your  thread.  There are guidelines on this board  that most of us understand  and follow. It is hard when you have spent a couple of hours on a photo then someone "uses" it and claims it as their own.

Your photos are a pleasure to work on and I shall continue to have fun on them

Hi All,

I've just noticed the response to the above and needed to reply. First of all, apologies to Irene regarding the picture. The oversight was purely my own mistake. What I had done was download the original and then I downloaded a couple of restorations to see how they had faired. After working on the original, I left it for a few hours and then went back to finish it. Unfortunately I mistakenly picked up Irene's copy instead of my own which resulted in all meta data on the image belonging to her.

This was a genuine mistake, and I should have deleted the other restorations from my system when working on my own (as most restorations can be similar in approach).

Again apologies

Tom
