Scan at 300 plus for restores please. Scan at larger dpi for small photos. Don't forget to crop the scanner bed out! (Them's the white bits)

awe....I remember when she first started, because we both have the same name and nickname...She also began one of the largest threads for a friend of hers, back then, and we managed to solve a great deal of it with her, didn't we KarenM?  Remember "Orphan Willie Woods"?
I guess we have another new pal to help nudge us in the right direction in our searches. Bless her...

I have just finished reading all you condolences and I am in tears
As Geanie and I met in Toronto for a meal way back in My 2008
We laughed all night and she was the first person i had met from Rootschat
we exchanged e-mails too and I had no idea she was gone until tonight

In August I mailed her to ask her how she was and she replied to say the doc wasn't happy with her ticker ,she also asked me not to say anything on Rootschat as she didn't want any fuss
So here I am sitting here tonight gob smacked to think I had missed this thread

Geanie where ever you are I am so glad i met you
 may you rest in peace

 

My old computer crashed some time ago and I lost all my photos I took while in Canada even the one of us under the clock in the hotel where Geanie and my husband and I had a meal together
