Looking for Walker family ancestors
« on: Tuesday 04 September 12 12:37 BST (UK) »
I'm having major problems tracking down the Walker family who resided at Embleton near Cockermouth. I am researching Thomas Walker (1897-1972) who married Emma Brakewell. I know Thomas's father was Robert Walker and his mother was Barbara Reynolds but that is where the search drys up. Allegedly there is an Irish connection somewhere down the line but at the moment that is just hearsay. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
