Looks like O'TOOLE and TRACEY to me.

The ''T'' looks similar.

Is it a record from Ireland?  I can see how it might be Tracey...it's really too small and indistinct to be certain.

In my opinion the marriage residence is not always the place of birth. Never forget Workhouse and overseers accounts records of birth
