Looks like O'TOOLE and TRACEY to me.

The ''T'' looks similar.

thanks leanne ive tried looking it up in church records but nothing found so far :(

Is it a record from Ireland?  I can see how it might be Tracey...it's really too small and indistinct to be certain.

In my opinion the marriage residence is not always the place of birth. Never forget Workhouse and overseers accounts records of birth
