looking for information on the beehive pub that was i believe pulled down when newsouthgate high street was changed in i believe the sixties#also information on peter dear who was the landlord in the forties and died from a accident in 1941 . the pub was very close to the st john laurence pub and gasworks.ann

peters grandparents were john dear/elizabeth betsey james and george ward/ellen joyce
his mother ellen died just prior to the death of his father thomas
her death was regd in apr/may/jun qtr of 1934

peter dear did have two children from his marr to maria maslin
peter dear born 1914 in brentford but he died in 1914 in brentford
edwin.t.dear born 1916 brentford died 1966 aged 49 in colchester
there is a probate for him but it is possible the person who was granted probate is still alive
so if you wish to know what was stated on the probate
it will have to be done by p.m

I dont know much at all about Peter Dear but would be really grateful for any information you may have. Peter Dear was my GG Uncle, the younger brother of my paternal ggrandfather.
