Chinnor area Lookup please

Hi all,

I need a lookup for Chinnor/Oakley (or Bledlow, Bucks)?

William Foley (could be Folly, Folley etc) born about 1845 in Chinnor - so so it says in both 1871, 1881 and 1891 census. He died by 1899 in the Bermondsey area.

I'm trying to find his parents and find out if he truely was from Chinnor as I cant find him on the 1851 or 1861 census returns.

This is his marriage details with name of his father

After Banns 17 Oct. 1867 Camden Bloomsbury St. George

William Foley  of full age  bachelor   ironmonger   of 4 Hyde Street.  Father: John Foley~turner

Mary Ann Townsend full age spinster of  7 Fisher Street. Father: John Townsend~carpenter

Both signed
Witnesses: B Campion & Martha Wilkinson, both signed.

I'm pretty sure his parents were John Folly & Sarah Seymour.

They married 28 March 1846 @ Chinnor.

John Folly(a chairturner), son of John Folly(Transported).   

Sarah Seymour, daughter of Peter Seymour(labourer).

Witnesses - Mary Folly & William Keen.

I cannot find a baptism in Chinnor or Oakley for your William Folly.

I did find a baptism in Chinnor, for John Folly, 17 Oct 1847,(Born 25 Aug 1847).  Son of John & Sarah Folley,(Publican of Oakley).

I also noticed in the Index of Wills(Ancestry), William Foley left his fortune of £668-13 shillings, to Arthur John Medus, and Henry Seymour Foley,(Ironmonger).
