I'm looking for any information about this couple prior to 1871:

John and Mary Ann TELFORD who married in Ireland in 1858, first child I can find born in Bootle, Liverpool, Lancs. in 1861.

Mary Jane b 1861 in USA
William John b 1863 Bootle,Lancs.
Margret/Mary An b 1866
Deborah b 1868
Thomas b 1870
James b 1873
Fanny Telford age 7, travelled to USA with them in 1883 - maybe a grandchild?
I have noted an Elizabeth that may be theirs b 1859 Bootle, Lancs. but can't confirm this

John born c 1836, West Meath Co, Ireland and others are in Liverpool too.

As you know they are in Lancs in 1871.
I am not sure what you hope to find on the Lancs Board as prior to 1863 they were in Ireland/USA.
