Sarah Akehurst baptised 26th Feb 1786 Milton next Sittingbourne Kent

I have recently discovered this lady to be my 3x Great grandmother

The IGI gives her parents as Edward Akehurst & Frances

I have hit a brickwall as far as her parent's marriage is concerned & whether she had any siblings

Can anybody help please?

There are other christenings on familysearch to Edward and Frances on the same batch number as Sarah C02483-9


John 25 April 1779
Frances 10 August 1783
Edward 29 June 1788
Lewis 19 December 1790
Mary Ann 7 April 1793

It appears that the spelling of the surname caused my problem

The batch number of the marriage is M15179-1 not M01680-5

I found the marriage on familysearch   https://familysearch.org/#start by searching Edward Akehurst as you had specified with spouse Frances, familysearch found the alternative surname. This also worked for me on the IGI site https://familysearch.org/search/collection/igi .   

The entry I found with Frances name as Swain does have the batch number M01680-5 that I stated.   The batch number you are quoting is from entering the site from the IGI link (above)  and relates to the Frances Swan entry, this entry on the site I looked at has the batch number as I05439-3.
