Help please? Copy of a copy, faded

Hi,

Attached is a pic of my grandmother at her wedding. Unfortunately the only copy I have is a copy, I have scanned it the best I can and only able to scan to 300dpi due to dodgy scanner.

I would like detail added to the picture in the faces and clothes if possible. I have tried myself but with very little joy. I can attach another picture of my grandparents to compare faces if needed.

I'm not sure what can be done but would be grateful of any attempts.
