Brick wall Sarah Nelson, Please Help

Hi, Im trying to find any info for my 4x Great Grandmother Sarah Nelson.

I have snippets of info found on Ancestry but have got completely stuck, I cannot find a baptism record for her as there seems to be nothing online......although im probably not looking in the right places 

The info I have is as taken from census records and her marriage certificate.

According to all census records that I have found after her marriage say she was born abt 1823 in Maidstone Kent.   

She was married to Joseph Watson Little in Bradford area in 1842.  I cannot find anything for her in the 1841 census before her marriage but all census after that say maidstone, kent as birth place

Her fathers name listed on the Marriage Certificate is Thomas Nelson, his occupation is Mason.

I cannot find a birth record for her as i dont believe they had them then, i did think i might find a baptism but am completely stuck there.

The only other names i have are those of her marriage witnesses which were George and Ellen Nelson whom i assume to be relatives of hers?

I cannot find a mother or siblings.

Pleeeeeeeease can someone point me i the right direction of where to look, ive tried family search too and come up with nothing there either.

Any help would be most appreciated.

As Sarah was married in Yorkshire and I couldn't find her in Kent in 1841 I started looking in Yorkshire for her or any members of her family. I haven't sorted Sarah but there is this.

Ellen Nelson age 20 female servant with the Cooke family. Not born in county.

Bradford and Birstall are approx 9 miles apart so if these are the brother and sister of Sarah they weren't far away.
