Hi all - quick update time.
It looks like The Press might be able to go online sometime after the new year - I don't think we'll be able to sneak this out for xmas, as much as we'd like to.
Also, shortly we'll be announcing our selections from the Papers Past collaborative digitisation nominations process we ran. I won't pre-empt our announcement, but I know the titles will put a smiles on a few faces on this forum, so there should be something to look forward to there. I'll update you all after the announcement is made in the next week or two.
Lastly, we've done a bit of work on the AtoJs. Aghadowey (forum mod) noticed that long pages were causing his computer to freeze, so we've now divided long reports into 50-page slices, so that they load reasonably, and can be navigated by clicking on "Next pages" and "Previous pages" links.
This means that information in the typically long Police Reports can now be searched - which is great because there's some juicy stuff in there!
