Could well be - what is her birthplace and year? 

Great name but I can't find her with an Isabella Knaggs 1861/1871 - is it spelt different at all?

Birthplace Leven, nr Beverley.

Wasn't with Isabella but with William Thomas Knaggs parents Richard & Mary Ann Knaggs.

Have also found an Ann Stephenson on the 1841 census as a servant at Ruswarp, this is very near to Aislaby!!
