focusing on searches of the RootsIreland index for Cudmore baptisms between 1801 and 1833, and narrowing the search using parents firstnames of Edmond and Margaret I see that there are two matches (CofI baptisms dont usually include mother maiden name). Using parents of either Edward or Mary doesn't show any results in North Cork.

The years seem to be 1817 and 1824 - but neither come up with a match for first name of the child being Mary, Mary Ann, or Ann.

Nether of these seem to be in Mallow CofI parish ... but may be siblings to your Mary Ann..

to give an idea of the locations - here's a google map showing the two townlands mentioned on the marriage in relation to Mallow town.

  Mallow to Longueville to Kilgobban

an an extract of the 1st Edition OSI map (c1837) showing Longueville house and part of the estate to the south and west, and the neighbouring townland of Kilgobban to the north east - see :

Hi Joanne,

You seem to be  a long time searching for this marriage.  I did look up
Rosemary Ffolliot's index a while ago to see if it was listed in any
newspaper around the time ( this index covers 1780's to 1830 approx) no
reference to your Mary Cudmore.

I think maybe your best course of action now would be to contact the
Canon in St James church.  She is very helpful and holds many original
records there.   Contact ref    http://www.mallow.cloyne.anglican.org/contact/
It is possible that Mary and Samuel married at Ballyclough which is closer to
Longueville than Mallow.   There are a few possibilities, Clonfert, Ballyclough,
Newmarket, Dromagh ( for which there are no remaining records) Millstreet ( I have come across a few Cudmores in Millstreet) and of course St James Mallow.
You would have to give a donation towards the search but certainly might
produce a result and probably the best option at this stage.

There was a family of Cudmores in Cork City who owned a Fruit Shop and Wholesale Business. One of the Family is Harold Cudmore who skippered the British Sailing Team in the 1980 `s  He had a sister Jean Cudmore and a brother. Forgotten the Name of his father who married twice.
A Great sailing and yachting family.

Hope this might help.  Boobah
