David - I have a list of plot numbers for St Chads but it only gives the last name.  If you let me know what names you're looking for I can have a look for you?

I've had a look through the list but that name isn't on.  There are quite a few parish plots and some without names, so maybe your Riggs are buried in one of those?

I believe the records for St Chads are now at Oldham so you may be better to post your question on the Lancashire page.

Good luck
Sandra
