Need help with some Tinklers from Chester / Cheshire.

John Thelwell Tinkler b.1865 m.1888 d. 1901.
Can you give me the names of parents and any siblings. The name Thelwell looks like a surname to me.

There doesn't appear to be a birth registration to me.

The only possible Marriage I can find for Henry 1851-1854, is in Lancs.

(not sure why the would Marry there though if it is correct)

1851 Heny age 18 is with Parents THOMAS born c 1804, Penrith, Cumberland and MARY c 1803, Hanmer, Flintshire, Wales, in Chester, Cheshire

Thomas is a Master Tailor.
