Hi All,
In my familys possession we have a bible which was presented to a family member who gave his life on D-Day 1944.It was presented to him i believe during Operation JANTZEN which was a dress rehearsel for the landings.Inside the cover is written "Presented to 2nd flotilla by Lady Grant,Tenby 1943".Does anyone have any info on this Lady Grant?
Thanks

Sounds like Priscilla Buchan, wife of Sir Arthur Lindsay Grant, Baronet (who was KIA in 1944).
