I appreciate your efforts on this. Remember Sarah married and became a Carter and died in the US as Sarah Carter (this is evidenced), so the tree on A****y is up a tree!! Never rely on others findings. What I was hoping was to find from this posting was the birth / baptism of Emma. One line I am following is an Emma Hood aged 7 in 1871 in the household of Edward Ellis/Eliza. This Eliza was prior to marriage a Hood so could be an aunt etc.

Right I understand thanks.  If you have evidence Sarah died in the US then the tree is wrong. 

Yes back to Emma I saw that 7 year old one.  Sounds likely if Eliza Ellis was previously a Hood.

Finding out when they went out to America would be a help.  Maybe someone has access to records showing them departing these shores.
