He was only 20  ???  Can't find him on Papers Past, Cenotaph or on Archway.  He is buried in Gore with his father...Any ideas?

Cool, I check Dunedin - but was he sick?  and accident?  20 seems so young, but past infancy illnesses...

He's noted in the COD cemetery site as Frank Rulfin Fowler.   ;)

I emailed them with the ammendment...

According to my notes Frank Bulfin Fowler died of TB  :-\
Wide variety of names, mostly Bulfin & Pardy starting in Ireland; Wilson from Scotland and Ford, Taylor, Skinner [with Colmer connections] from England
