The nearest I can get is Yout ( Youth?) in Family but I'm not at all happy about that? ???

Hi.

Could it be "visiting Family"? I note that her mother is listed as crippled. Could this be a reference to her caring for her mother? There is a similar example of the handwriting on page 8 of this census and I believe it says "visiting from London". I may be wrong.

The mother seems to be "crippled"

I was thinking Assistant/ servant in family?

That was my thought too ... or perhaps a mis-spelling of Assisting Family :)
