There's only 1 Mary Snelling in the death index Dec 1/4 1950 so is highly likely to be the same person mentioned in the opening post.

Hi again . I thought it may be Manor Park , as my grandmother Alice Isabella Miller ,who I never knew (nee Snelling and daughter of Mary)
died in 1933 in Bethnal Green and was interrred in Manor Park , but I believe some work was undertaken a few years back and some of the graves may have been disturbed
Regards John Miller

Hi everyone,

Many thanks to all those who have sent replies, and apologies for not replying to them.  For some reason I did not get the e-mails about them until the one today.

Having read through them all, it would seem the 1950 burial was of Alice's mother.  Unfortunately she is not the Mary I'm searching.

I'll keep searching.    I'll be trying to find a connection between this Snelling family and the one I am researching.

Hi Joan

about 'missing' notifications, check your profile and look at your email notifications.

There are several options, instantly, only for the 1st reply, weekly, never

If you have selected 'only the 1st reply' and you miss it, you won't know there have been more.

You might want to consider the 'instant' reply to make sure you get a notification for each reply.

     Dawn

Thanks for the info.  Have taken your advice and adjusted my profile accordingly.

     Ladyhawk

As I posted earlier this Mary is not my Mary.  I have already got the info. you have posted here but, so far, there doesn't seem to be an immediate link with the family I am researching.  Thanks anyway.

I have all the necessary info. on my Mary except her whereabouts after 1907, and her place and year of death.
