I was looking at this site a couple of days ago but today it is saying the site has been disabled.  Any ideas why and is it likely to be permanent?

Perhaps they are updating it.

It's gone again. It says the site has been disabled

The KAS site webmaster posted a message on the Kent Family History email group list earlier this week:

"For some unknown reason our website is down at the moment.

Hopefully service will be resumed shortly (fingers and toes crossed).

But do not despair. If you are searching using Google and discover a link to our website. Instead of clicking on the link, move your curser to the end of the line and a double headed arrow with appear and and an image of the webpage will appear.

Move your curser to the top of the image and click on the word ‘cached’ and you will be taken to the image held on Google’s server."

All I'm getting is when I click on the cache link is

404. That’s an error.

The requested URL /search?q=cache:6FzilgmoYDgJ:kentarchaeology.org.uk/Research/Libr/MIs/MIslist.htm+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=uk&client=firefox-a was not found on this server. That’s all we know.   

Hopefully it will be back soon
