Birkbeck Marriage Look-up Request

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone had access to the Settle parish records to find a marriage from 1904.

I am looking for a marriage between Lonsdale Birkbeck and Dorothy Warriner [sic] whom married between 1901 (single on 1901 census) and early 1904. I know they immigrated as a married couple on the 18th of Feb 1904.

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Hi

You would have to buy a copy of the cert to get that info.  The marriage is not recorded on the IGI or YorkshireBMD showing a church.  If the church was known - somebody may do a lookup in the parish records for you

Lonsdale was b 1882 in Westmorland - mother was Elizabeth per 1891 census .  If you don't have those details - let me know and I'll post them for you

Dorothy was also b Westmorland 1880

thanks again Carole, I know quite a lot about Lonsdale except for his actual marriage date, I was just trying to tie up a lose end before moving on with my research..

Alas I do not know the actual chruch, but thanks for all your help..
