Without sending for each birth, its going to be difficult unless they were all baptised in that area and someone has access to them locally.  I dont think there are any online available for those years  :-\

You can always send for the birth giving the fathers name as a reference, then if its wrong they dont charge as much.

Do you know who Richard Henry married, ???  then perhaps a search through the 1911 census index might help

hi,

The 1906 7a 198 is a Leicester registration; there is also a death of a Beatrice Dorothy  Biggs aged 1 in Poplar in 1906 so perhaps this is the March 1905 child who was perhaps given the name Dorothy at her baptism??

Looking at the marriage index's  on the same page as Richard Henry Biggs 1894 Poplar a Susannah Bailey and Emma Allwood.

On the 1901 there is a Richard Henry Biggs 29 born Dartford with wife Emma 30 born Poplar with 3 other children 6.3. and 1  living Guildford Rd. Poplar.

Minnie 6, Elsie ? 3 and Nellie 1 all born Poplar

Found the marriage of Richard Henry Biggs to Emma Allwood in Poplar 28th June 1894

Richard Henry Biggs 22 Batchelor, 23 a Tinsmith or  maybe Twineman  :-\ St. Leonards Rd. father John Biggs Shipwright.

Emma Allwood 22 Spinster 24 or 29 ? Guildford Rd. father Wm Henry Allwood, Labourer dec.

Witnesses Daniel ? and Ellen Allwood.

At this stage it still doesent help with Beatrice unless we can find the family in 1911
