Hi

I have found a link between Reginald Brown's  parents being Herbert brown and Chgarlotte heald I know they married in 1897 but i have now found a 2nd Spouse named William Pask which I found in search my Past in a transcript
but when I run a search I just come up with her marraige to Herbert in 1897 is it possible William Pask is his real name ??

The 1897 marriage has this information as per freebmd for the persons whose marriage was registered in the Lincoln registration district March qtr 1879 under the reference 7a 669.  (The 7a relates to the area and the 669 the page number.)

Brown  Herbert
Heald  Charlotte Annie
Hinch  Henrietta
Pask  George William

This would indicate that Herbert Brown married either Charlotte Heald or Henrietta Hinch and that George William Pask married the other one. Millie has already confirmed that Herbert married Charlotte at St Swithins so Gge Pask obviously married Henrietta.

In some periods the BMD registers will have up to 8 persons  listed under the same page number in the register.  :)

If it is Herbert Brown showing as Herbert Graham in 1901 as per baggygenes post 17 then he states he was born in Ceylon.  Perhaps his father Thomas was in the army, his marriage certificate may confirm this.
