Hi again, the Christening of William Ratcliffe is:-

William Ratcliffe 27th October 1816 Epsom, Surrey Father John Mother Harriett

And a possible marriage for William to Sarah:-

William Ratcliff to Sarah Archer Dec qtr 1838 Brentford v3 page 3

Their was also a christening for a John Ratcliffe on the 20th December 1818 Epsom Father John Mother Harriet, in 1841 their is a John Ratcliffe b c 1821 shown as a prisoner in the County gaol of Surrey at St Mary Newington, Lambeth, Surrey Census Ref HO107/1065/ 12/12/ 7
