Dating these lads

Would it be possible to give an approx.date for these lads from the  style of thier clothes ? They have been emailed to me from a cousin who is not sure of who they are but a rough date should be able to narrow it down. Thankyou

Both of these could be anywhere from around WW1 & into the 20's.

Children are hard to date. It might help if we could see the whole thing including the outer corners of the photos. Also the backs unless they are completely blank.

This is all I have. They were emailed to me but apparently there is nothing on the backs to suggest who they are.

What we want to see on the backs is the design, if any, printed there. It's a dating clue. Even if it's a postcard back.
