hello im new here and i joined because i was surfing and came across this site and after putting in my surname [lysaght] i noticed another member asking for info on my surname and i would like to send a msg to this person but dont know how, can anyone help me, thanks, kevin.

Hi GED, just make two more posts then you can contact a member by clicking the small scroll that appears under their name.

as there is a topic about the name you are searching for, simply add a reply to the topic. Not only will the original poster see your reply, but also anybody else who has any information which might help you.

It would be very useful if people replied to the thread rather than setting up a private conversation.  On many threads there will be a number of people who have an interest in the family or place involved but have not made a post to the thread.  A relevant reply on the thread can often invoke a response from another interested person.
