Is that her family?
Checked deaths from 1895 to 1901 and I cant see her either.

how do you *know* the baptism is that particular william & ellen?
The ancestry record gives neither address nor father's occupation.
She's not even born until 2 days after she is baptised according to Ancestry (!)

You really need to see the actual baptism record to see if that gives any further information.

The family aren't that good at registration - can't see the older 1901 children, and Nellie (if registered as Ellen) and Elsie are registered in Wolverhampton
Familysearch has her birth as 22 Oct 1895 and baptism on 20 November

Perhaps if they were boatmen moving around they didn't bother with registrations.

i take on board your comments id say that has been wrongly transcribed also i dont think there are many florence flatley in the same area its possible its her marriage.

It's more probable that the 1918 marriage is NOT the Florence b1895.
