HART family

I wondered if you could look up a member of my family. I know he was and Orangeman as my aunt remembers it but thats the limit of fact. My aunt thinks he was a Grand Master, I'd love to know if this was true.

His name is Francis Hart, he was born 1866 in Dunmurry, he had 4 brothers and a sister. The boys were all bleechers and they lived in Tullynacross. He went with his wife to Renfrewshire  between 1905 and some point before 1950. I know he died in 1950, he was buried in Lambeg. The wife was Ellen Crothers. They were married in Lambeg. Francis is father was Henry and mother Sarah Jane Allen. His father was Francis Hart (his neighbour was Henry) don;t know how they were related but think they were) Henry and Sarah Jane lived in Tullynacross Upper (Drumbeg, Down).

In the family from another part is a Margaret Hart, she was married to Denis Magee, again Lambeg. Somehow they are related but I don't know how. I know they Denis was an Orangeman too. I saw the Magee are part of your research interests, so perhaps you know more than me. I'm a beginner in this.

Thank you for the welcome. I thought I was posted on a thread to do with tracing information on Orangemen. However, I can't seem to find it again. New websites take me time to navigate.

When Margaret Hart married Denis Magee on the 29th March 1880, her father was recorded as Henry Hart, labourer.

29th March 1880, Lambeg Church of Ireland, by licence Rev. B Banks:

Denis Magee, 22, bachelor, sailor, from Tullynacross, father William John Magee, a carpenter;

married:

Margaret Hart, 21, spinster, cambric finisher, father Henry Hart, a labourer.

Witnesses were William Truman and Jane Stewart.

Thank you, just checking but WM means worshipful master doesn't it? He was in Lambeg then and then moved to Refrewshire for work somewhere between 190. He would have been about 30/40 does that make him too young? I am as plastic as it comes really, on both my Mum and Dads side. To compound my ignorance I knew nothing about this part of my history and my family never really seemed extremely religious. It came as quick a shock especially considering my mother is Catholic and the family were always very accepting of my mother and her family. I suppose things are different when your in London. Sorry meant to complete that sentence, somewhere between 1901 and 1907. Their first child also died between that period too.
