In the Tuesday, 19 May 1925 edition of the Winnipeg Free Press there is a notice regarding the marriage of Archibald Robson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Robson to Mabel Johnson the previous Friday.
The Thursday, 1 Dec 1932 edition of the Free Press has an announcement regarding the marriage of Isabelle Robson, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Robson to Gordon Thomas. The marriage occurred the previous Saturday.
There is a mention in the 4 Aug 1928 edition of the Free Press that the dog of Gilbert Robson (the younger) won a "smartest pet" competition at the Weston playgrounds.

There is a picture (not very good quality) of Gilbert and his dog. If you would like a copy of the newspaper page please PM me your email address and I can send it to you.
There is a photo of Gilbert and Mary Robson in the 31 Dec 1946 edition of the Free Press that is accompanied by a paragraph indicating they were celebrating their Golden Anniversary in their new home in Vancouver. It also indicates Gilbert had worked at the Weston shops of the Canadian Pacific Railway for 30 years. Family members mentioned were Mrs. Edwin Bingley of Vancouver, George Robson serving with the Duke of York Royal Canadians, Archie Robson of Winnipeg, Mrs. Gordon Thomas of Winnipeg and youngest son Gilbert was serving overseas in the Royal Canadian Navy. Again I can send you a copy of this page if you would like it.

http://data2.collectionscanada.gc.ca/e/e143/e003572601.jpgI was not able to turn up a CEF record for George ... The Canadian National Archives website does not appear to have any viewable records for any of the George Robsons in their database ... have no idea why ... perhaps they are working in things or something and records will return later.
I'm wondering if he is not in the database because he was a career military man.
