Well spotted John!  Farrelly's Court it is.  I'm not sure I'll ever find the exact location of it, but it seems a reasonable bet that it was gone by 1911 to be replaced by the likes of Brookfield Buildings.

Farley's Court could be the name of the building have you check with any Estate  Agents http://www.daft.ie

I would be inclined to go with Colur. All my family came from various courts in Blackrock - tiny little one and two roomed houses, Hughes Ct, Kenny's Ct, Madden's Ct, Broad Ct, all little laneways off Carysfort Avenue and Sweetmans Avenue this old osi map shows some of the Courts but Farley's is not obvious.
