I wonder if someone could be so kind to look up & see if they can find parents for Alexander Chalmers Oswald born 1886 - 1890 in the overseas register of british subjects or a Charles George Oswald born 1888 in the same register.

Alexander Chalmers Oswald born 5 Sep 1891 to Robert Oswald and Mary Mclarty in Tientsin, China.
