Hi,

My gr gr grandfather, James Fox, was born abt. 1803 in Ringwood, Hampshire, England.  He married a lady called Jane sometime in the 1820s.  Jane was born in Wimborne, Dorset, England abt. 1802.  They had the following children - Ann Fox b. abt. 1830, Jane Fox b. abt. 1836, Emma Fox b. abt 1838, Ellen Fox b. abt. 1840, and Sarah Fox (my gr grandmother) b. 1843.  They were all born in Ringwood, Hampshire, England.  I have been unable to find a marriage for James and Jane.  I would like to find it so that I can find out Jane's surname.  I am wondering if anyone can help me to find the marriage.

The only James Fox marrying a Jane on the LDS familysearch site is this one....

James Fox to Jane Green on 22nd June 1835 at Ringwood, Hampshire.

The place is right and most of the children are after 1835 except Ann about 1830. Could the date for Ann be wrong? The 1841 census has an Ann Fox aged 4 born in Ringwood in 1837 but I am unable to check the parents at the moment...

I think this is James Fox baptism at Ringwood
19 Feb 1804 s James (no mother entered and no other Fox baptisms at Ringwood)
