Hi garstonite, have sent an email to St. Francis of Assisi.  The baptism I am looking for is in 1947 approximately in May.  The information that I was missing was that there was that 3rd church in Liverpool with the name St. Francis in the title lol and that I appreciated.  I prefer not to post a full name here as he is still living.  But thank you for the suggestion.  His mother took him to Liverpool to have him baptised.  While there they stayed with an aunt Margaret originally Margaret Barwise now also married.

I believe we tried that one before....but I'm thinking logically that would make the best sense since they lived in Bootle.  We may have to go to Liverpool lololol.....now that would be fun.

Thank you for suggesting it though, I'm going to keep it in mind and if St. Francis of Assisi comes up blank then I'm going to retry the church in Bootle.

Take care,

Glenda
