Looking for the parents of  Samuel Nickols,Nichols,Nicholls. b 1817-19 Buckland Brewer,Married 1842 ,Ann Redclift,remarried 1855 Charity Smith.Occ-Ag lab and Malster, died 13 apr 1875 Northam.Have all census records from 1841 thru to death. Or are there any online records I could access,re his birth and parentage.

if you order the marriage certificate for Bideford civil registration district quarter ending Dec 1842 ref 10 89 for NICKOLDS Samuel  and 
REDICLIFT  Ann it will show the names and trades of their fathers on the certificate. This will help when searching baptisms, the certificate may possibly also show the ages of the bride and groom.

Devon Family History Society has recorded the baptisms for Buckland Brewer for the period in which you believe he was baptised. If you go to their site  use the Parishes button. They also provide a printout service for a modest amount.
