just asked a friend, Glenroyd House was adjacent to Rosemount but is now closed and converted to office space.

Henry Robinson, tailor, was at No 2 according to Kelly's Directory of Durham 1914.

this is in reply to heather's query
just found Larch Street and Collison Street on google maps.
Facing Rosemount Glenroyd House is to the left. Keep going to left of Glenroyd House. the first turning is Larch st. it runs a short distance down the side of G.house then turns left to run parallel to Medomsley rd.to the junction with Collison st.
Collison st. is in effect the 2nd turning after  the care home.
