Irish shoe factory - please restore
« on: Wednesday 27 June 12 19:25 BST (UK) »
My great grandfather is one of the men in this Massachusetts shoe factory.  This factory later burned down.  I would love this restored as I don't have many pictures of him.  I am not sure what it would look like colorized.

Roy
GUIDE FOR PHOTO RESTORATIONS PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SCANNER BED IS CLEAN AND SCAN AT A RESOLUTION OF 300-600 WITH THE SCALE AT 100% MINIMUM.

If you would like a coloured version, details such as hair colour , eyes and clothing etc.  if known  would be helpful to restorers

Regards Roy

Thank you.  This is my first photo restore.  Is there a way to get it even clearer?

A try from me, it might be an idea to rescan without the border thus increasing the picture content, regards, John.

My effort, eddier3. Out of interest, do you think that your Great-grandfather could be the tall man under the 'M' of Maurice?
Please scan all photographs at 300-600 dpi.
Please feel free to colour any restores posted by me. An acknowledgement would be much appreciated.
