HI All.
Nadine you have noted two valuable points in researching family trees.

1. Always check your information before going forward along the
in-correct branches. You did.
2. No matter how new you are to family research everyone one of
us starts with a birth certificate and a set of parents and progresses
from that point.
Also as you so rightly say the information by being in the public domain
may help another researcher who is following the other William Blackwell.
Therefore the postings are in-valuable to many.

As Marilyn (mgeneas) and Alan have transcribed all Northants bap, marriages,
and burials for the areas they list they are an in-valuable resource
for us in Northants and at a click of a button we can assist others.
I do have photo's of the graves at Earls Barton and Cemetery Records
so if you need help with anything related to them just ask.
Rootschatters are always willing to help knock down someones brick walls.

Sandy
