Grace Cooper, Polk, Iowa
« on: Wednesday 13 June 12 11:45 BST (UK) »
Grace Cooper was born in Wisconsin in 1872, the daughter of Eustace J Cooper and Mary P Atkins.
I can trace her up to the 1915 Iowa census, where she is single, and a librarian at Des Moines Central library.

Can anybody find her after 1915?

any help gratefully accepted.

Best wishes

Pat R

Found this in Webster City (Iowa) Tribune, 29 Dec. 1916:

"The Misses Grace Cooper and Gertrude Bleistine returned to their homes in Des Moines yesterday afternoon following a Christmas visit with Mrs. Charles Aldrich, southeast of town."

Maybe Mrs. Aldrich is Frank's sister from the 1920 Census?  There is another article from 1913 referring to someone visiting the Frank Briggs and Charles Aldrich family.
