Herbert William Gray married Sophie Ellen Bayliss. My husband Laurence is Herbert's grandson. He knew Jack Bayliss and met him in Kingscliff.
It is 100 years since Baylisses and Grays came to Australia.
Celebration is being organised.

Welcome shelleycat to Rootchat,
How exciting that you have found this info and hopefully Pilgrim (the original poster) will see this soon.
I love Family Reunions/Celebrations.

Hi, it is so long since I posted my message that I had quite forgotten about it! But thank you for your response. And I would like details of any reunion. Currently we are in Ireland, but heading for home in a week's time. You can contact me directly at ecajaa@gmail.com. Regards, Clyde Andrews (Pilgrim1936).
