Cheshire Visitations 1663

Hello, Has anyone by any chance got access to the Cheshire Visitations of 1663. In the 1580 visitations of Cheshire, there is an EDWARD MILLINGTON mentioned from the Millington of Millington household, he was the son of John Millington & Anne daughter to Edward Holland of Denton; and the grandson of Roger Millington of Millington & Elizabeth daughter to James Domvill of Limm. He is also mentioned in the 1613 Visitations as having 3 sons (no names given). I was wondering if he is mentioned in the 1663 Visitations.

Try www.archive.org

Select the "Texts" tab at the top of the page and enter "visitation of Cheshire" in the "search" box and press "go" a number of visitations then come up.
