Thank you for the information on Frances's siblings and the Thorpe Willougby lead.  I have only really started looking into this family.  Happy to share any thing I may find  :)
I see William and Frances had a son Benjamin, I have not often come across that name in records from olden days.  Is that a reason you believe Benjamin to be Frances's father?

No I have a copy of the marriage certificate which states Benjamin as her father

there is some confusion as to Frances' surname some people say Fentiman
